Send a scanned copy of your passport some action shots and a digital headshot to: profiles@simgratton.com Make sure and put your full name in the subject of the email.

STEP 4

At this point we will review your profile, contact your references and view your video. We will notify you either way on what we decide.

STEP 5

If we come to an agreement to work together you will be required to fill out 5 copies of the international transfer certificate and send it to your federation of origin.
Please include 5 passport photos.
On the transfer certificate you only have to fill out your personal information, put SIM Gratton & Associates as the agent.
